9 Militants Killed in KP During Security Operations
Weapons and ammunition were recovered from the terrorists during the operations.
Rawalpindi: Security forces conducted successful operations in different areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, resulting in the elimination of 9 militants, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported.
According to ISPR, 4 militants were killed in an exchange of fire during an operation in Dera Ismail Khan (DI Khan), while 5 more were neutralized in an intelligence-based operation in Bannu.
The slain militants were involved in multiple terrorist activities under Indian sponsorship and had also participated in attacks targeting security forces and innocent civilians. Weapons and ammunition were recovered from the terrorists during the operations.

The ISPR spokesperson stated that clearance operations will continue in the region to eliminate any remaining terrorists. He added that under the National Action Plan, security agencies remain committed to eradicating terrorism, taking continuous measures to ensure peace and stability across the country.
