British media highlighted the case of 53-year-old Karen from Manchester, who died just days after using the injection. Her family stated that she wanted to become slimmer and more attractive.

Officials have strongly warned the public that purchasing weight loss injections from unverified sources is not only extremely dangerous but can also be fatal.
