15 Militants Killed in Security Operations Across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

In a separate intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Datta Khel, North Waziristan, security forces killed another five militants.

Rawalpindi — Security forces have killed 15 militants in two separate operations conducted in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, according to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

The operations were carried out in the Kulachi area of Dera Ismail Khan and the Datta Khel area of North Waziristan.

According to ISPR, the operation in Kulachi was launched based on intelligence reports about the presence of militants. During the raid on their hideout, 10 militants — including their ringleader, Alam Mehsud — were killed.

In a separate intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Datta Khel, North Waziristan, security forces killed another five militants.

ISPR stated that clearance operations are underway to eliminate any remaining threats in the area. Under Operation Azm-e-Istehkam, the counterterrorism campaign will continue with full force, with the objective of eradicating all forms of foreign-backed terrorism from the country.
