Winter vacation extended by Punjab School Education department in schools and colleges up to Jan 8, 2023

Lahore: (Staff Reporter) Punjab School Education department notified the extension in winter vacation in schools and colleges across the province up to Jan 8, 2023. All private and public schools and colleges will open on Jan 9, 2023.

According to the source the decision has been made in the wake of prevailing smog situation in the province. Earlier, the Lahore High Court (LHC) had ordered the government to extend the vacation for seven days on account of smog.
