Pakistan and EU Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Ties

BRUSSELS: In a significant diplomatic development, Syed Faraz Hussain Zaidi, Chargé d’Affaires of Pakistan’s embassy in Belgium, met with Riina Kionka, Ambassador of the European Union to Pakistan, to discuss matters of mutual interest.

During the meeting, both sides engaged in a productive dialogue focusing on enhancing the dynamic relationship between Pakistan and the European Union. They explored avenues to deepen cooperation and strengthen their partnership for mutual benefit.

In a post on X, Faraz Zaidi expressed his pleasure in meeting with Ambassador Kionka, stating, “It was a pleasure meeting Riina Kionka. The interaction provided a timely opportunity to discuss the dynamic Pakistan-EU relations and explore ways to further deepen our cooperation for mutual benefit.
