Pak Army Thwarts Terrorist Attack in KP, Kills Several Militants

Tank– On Thursday, the Pakistan Army successfully thwarted a terrorist attack on a checkpost and killed eight to nine militants following a suicide bombing near the FC camp in Tank district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, security sources confirmed.

The attack occurred after a loud explosion was heard near Jandola, followed by heavy firing, according to police officials.

Security sources revealed that militants attempted to target the Jandola checkpost, but the attack was swiftly repelled by the security forces. They further stated that a suicide bomber detonated an explosive device in a vehicle near the FC camp.

The situation remains under control, and the security forces continue their operations in the area.
