Non-Bailable Arrest Warrant Issued for PTI’s Sher Afzal Marwat

Sher Afzal Marwat is accused of carrying out unauthorized constructions on a plot near Thallian Motorway Interchange without proper approval.
Rawalpindi: The Rawalpindi Civil Court has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) suspended member Sher Afzal Marwat. The warrant was issued by Civil Judge Dr. Muhammad Mumtaz Hanjra due to Marwat’s absence from court proceedings.
The case against Sher Afzal Marwat was filed by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) at the Nasirabad Police Station. The court has directed the Station House Officer (SHO) of Nasirabad to execute the non-bailable arrest warrant and ensure Marwat’s presence in court on July 30.
