ISLAMABAD: Pakistani showbiz stars Mawra Hussain and Ameer Gilani have officially tied the knot. The couple shared stunning pictures from their wedding on Mawra’s Instagram, offering fans a glimpse into their joyous occasion.
The pictures were taken at the iconic Lahore Fort, with Mawra captioning the post with the heartwarming words: “And amidst all the chaos, I found you,” along with the hashtag #MawraAmeerHoGayi (Mawra is now Ameer’s).
Rumors about the couple’s wedding had been circulating for a while, and media personality Irfan confirmed that Mawra and Ameer had indeed planned to get married in February 2025. He further revealed that the celebrations have already begun in Lahore and Islamabad.
In previous interviews, Mawra had spoken fondly of Ameer, describing him as an “amazing person” and revealing the strong friendship they share. She had mentioned that it felt natural for two friends to take their relationship to the next level if they were both inclined.

Mawra and Ameer became a favorite on-screen couple after their successful drama series Sabt (2020) and Naeem (2023).
