All Pakistan Muslim League Central Secretary General Mehreen Malik Adam called on PML-Q President and former Prime Minister Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Punjab Assembly Speaker Chaudhry Pervez Elahi and announced to join PML-Q.
Senator Kamil Ali Agha, General Secretary PML-Q Punjab was also present in the meeting. Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain said that PML-Q is the only party which has always preferred the ideology of Pakistan and served the country.
Punjab Assembly Speaker Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi welcomed Mehreen Malik Adam in the essence of the party and assured that his experience and love for the country would be used for the betterment of the party and the country. he said ,
“Upcoming local elections are one of our priorities and we need to work together for that.” “Experienced party functionaries and workers will definitely provide guidance in this regard,” he said. Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi asked Senator Kamil Ali Agha to stay in touch with Mehreen Malik Adam and determine his responsibilities in the party. Mehreen Malik Adam thanked him and said, “I am back in the original Muslim League.”
