PESHAWAR-(AFB) According to sources, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has again written a letter to Peshawar regarding the formation of a judicial commission to investigate the May 9 incidents. A commission will be formed under the Pakistan Tribunal of Inquiry Ordinance 1969, whose letter will be presented to the court a few days before the commission letter will be appointed to the serving or judge in Peshawar.
Sources say that after the court verdict, plans were made to form a commission on the government, because according to the court, it has been decided to approach the court again. During the investigation, several legal complications were revealed.
