Muzaffarabad: First National Workshop for Kashmir organized in Azad Kashmir in collaboration with Pakistan Army and Azad Kashmir Government.
On the first day of the session, Commander 5-AK Brigadier Waqar Ahmed welcomed the participants and briefed them about the workshop. The workshop participants met the Chief Justice of Azad Kashmir Raja Saeed Akram Khan at the Supreme Court Hall and visited the library. On this occasion, the Chief Justice of Azad Kashmir informed the participants of the workshop about the management and powers of the Supreme Court and highlighted the obstacles in the delivery of justice and said that the Supreme Court has decided on 95% of the cases in Azad Jammu and Kashmir till 2022.
He appreciated the services of Pakistan Army for Azad Kashmir and Pakistan while welcoming the workshop. He said that the Supreme Court Act, 1974 has been created and it has powers of revision, appeal against subordinate courts and advisory powers. Who made a decision that exceeded their own authority. Kashmir is an international issue and the courts of India do not have the authority to give a decision against the resolutions of the United Nations. Later, the participants met Speaker Legislative Assembly Chaudhry Latif Akbar in his office and visited various departments of the Assembly.
What did On this occasion, Chaudhry Latif Akbar told the participants that India is spreading hateful content against Pakistan through social media. Pakistan’s judiciary is targeting the democratic institutions and especially the army. Content should be answered effectively and comprehensively. There is a dire need of attention on information technology in Azad Kashmir. Government should start this sector from schools so that our youth can be able to get employment not only through this knowledge. Rather, they can break India’s negative propaganda. The loss of Article 370 has been done to India, however, A-35 wants to turn the clear majority of Kashmiris into a minority. Send those who can break the propaganda of India.
He emphasized that such workshops should be organized and continued. He congratulated the organizers for organizing the workshop. Earlier, the famous scholar of Pakistan, Chairman Islamic University, Department of International Relations, Head of NDU, Brigadier Dr. Muhammad Khan, gave separate lectures on the current global order and geopolitical development challenges for Pakistan and the cultural, historical, geographical status of the Kashmir issue. He said that the world is helpless in front of America and Pakistan is surrounded by common enemies due to being the only Islamic nuclear power.
There is a big front against Islam at the moment, and Pakistan is the most important because of its geographic Islamic nuclear power. America, Russia, China are ahead of each other in the world and their relationship with all other countries is based on their own interest. Pakistan is of equal importance to all of them. The United Nations cannot take decisions without the will of the United States. We must first strengthen our house. The stronger Pakistan is economically and politically, the more important it will be in the world. India made Pulwama an organized conspiracy and achieved its objectives.
