UAE Visa Center in Islamabad Releases Updated Checklist for Applicants

UAE Visa Guidelines: Age-Based Requirements for Center Visits and Documentation

Islamabad – The Embassy of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Visa Center in Islamabad has released an updated checklist for visa applicants, outlining the necessary documents and procedures for a smooth application process.

According to the latest guidelines, applicants must provide a pre-approval visa document, a bank statement for the last six months (with a minimum balance of $5,000 or equivalent), and confirmed hotel or accommodation details. Additionally, applicants are required to submit a colored passport copy, CNIC copy, and original documents with at least six months’ validity.

For travelers under the age of five, visiting the visa center is not required—only a passport-sized photo with a white background is necessary. Children aged six to fifteen must visit the visa center for biometric verification, but no additional photo submission is required. Meanwhile, applicants aged fifteen and above must visit the center and follow the adult visa process.

The biometric fee for visa processing is $69, payable in US dollars via Bank Alfalah under the account title “Embassy of UAE, Islamabad (Visa Center).” However, children under 15 years of age are exempt from this biometric fee. Applicants are also advised to bring the original bank receipt as proof of payment.
