The Global Pakistani Youth Leader Commemorates the Second Anniversary of the Patriotic War of Azerbaijan
By,Qaiser Nawab,
On the momentous occasion of November 8, which is celebrated as Victory Day in Azerbaijan, the global leader of Pakistan’s Youth, Mr. Qaiser Nawab, congratulated the people of Azerbaijan by saying, “On behalf of the young people of Pakistan and on my own behalf, I convey my warmest congratulations to the fraternal and friendly people of Azerbaijan and share their joy in celebrations of the victory in Nagorno-Karabakh War. The victory, which is honor today, was only possible due to the unwavering faith, determination, and far-sighted leadership of President H.E. Ilham Aliyev as Supreme Commander-in-Chief, as well as the valor of the courageous Azerbaijani Army.”
The people of Pakistan, particularly the young people, are equally commemorating the “44-Day Patriotic War” against Armenia, on its second anniversary, which liberated Shusha, the pearl of Karabakh, and other lands that had been occupied by the Armenians for nearly three decades. During the Patriotic War, Pakistan’s people, government, and parliament supported Azerbaijan’s position, morally, socially, and politically. “We have always stood in support of our Azerbaijani brothers and we will continue to do so to strengthen our bond”, said Nawab.
During the 30-year occupation of nearly 20% of Azerbaijan’s territory, Armenia committed several war crimes as well as crimes against humanity. The settlement of the Azerbaijan-Armenia conflict was consistently backed by Pakistan in accordance with the pertinent International law, OIC, and UN Security Council resolutions and decisions.
“Two years have passed since the glorious victory of the brave Azerbaijani army and many years of cordial and friendly relations between Pakistan and Azerbaijan. I believe, in the years to come, Azerbaijan will continue to enjoy sustained prosperity, peace, and cooperation with Pakistan. I am confident that the bonds of cooperation and brotherhood between the two brotherly nations will endure. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the people of Azerbaijan once more, and I wish the Republic of Azerbaijan a prosperous and peaceful future”. Long live the Pakistan-Azerbaijan bond of brotherhood!
