Supreme Court Clears Sardar Tanveer Ilyas of Contempt and Disqualification

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Azad Kashmir has overturned the contempt of court and disqualification charges against former Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan.

Following this ruling, Sardar Tanveer Ilyas is now eligible to participate in elections after a one-month hiatus. This decision comes as a significant relief to the former premier, who had been facing legal barriers preventing his involvement in the political process.
