Rape Allegation by Belgian National: Islamabad Authorities Launch Probe
Medical Examination Conducted at Polyclinic Hospital for Belgian Woman Reporting Rape
Belgian: A 28-year-old Belgian woman has reported being raped in a distressing incident in Islamabad. Police sources reveal that the woman was found abandoned in Sector G-6, with her hands bound, by unidentified individuals.
The authorities were alerted when a passerby discovered the woman and promptly called emergency helpline 15. Police arrived at the scene, rescued the visibly shaken and distressed woman, and began their investigation.

In her initial statement to the police, the woman reported that she had been sexually assaulted over a period of five days by unknown perpetrators. Her preliminary account has confirmed the abuse she suffered.
She has been taken to Polyclinic Hospital for a comprehensive medical examination to assess her injuries and gather evidence for the ongoing investigation.
