Rana Sanaullah Supports Dialogue and Calls for PTI’s Written Demands

Sanaullah concluded by stressing the need for political consensus to resolve national issues

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister’s Advisor Rana Sanaullah emphasized the importance of dialogue between political parties and reiterated his support for the Charter of Economy and Charter of Democracy. He stated that the establishment is not obstructing efforts to resolve political issues.

Sanaullah mentioned that if PTI convinces the government that only a Supreme Court judge should conduct an inquiry, the government will accept the demand. He added that the release of PTI’s founder will be decided by the courts.

Addressing PTI’s allegations of missing workers, Sanaullah pointed out that PTI had not provided any evidence or details about the missing individuals, claiming that families would be questioning their whereabouts if workers were genuinely missing.

He also clarified that cases under the Army Act will be tried in military courts, highlighting that similar cases during PTI’s tenure had led to convictions under the same law. He urged PTI to submit their demands in writing for a formal response from the government.
