Punjab Government to Use Artificial Intelligence for Price Control

The Punjab government announced on Friday its decision to implement artificial intelligence for controlling prices across the province.

As per the details, a forecast bulletin will be utilized to help stabilize market rates. To support this initiative, an agricultural monitoring fund will also be established.

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz presided over a meeting of the newly-formed institution. She directed that the institution be fully operational within six months.

Additionally, to lessen reliance on palm oil, the cultivation of sunflowers, soybeans, and canola was emphasized.
