NTDC Spokesperson Denies Default Allegations, Calls Reports ‘Gross Misstatement
Lahore(Staff Reorter) – The National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) has refuted claims that it has defaulted on service charges for its offices in WAPDA House, Lahore. In a statement, an NTDC spokesperson clarified that the company has been consistently paying service charges at mutually agreed rates with the WAPDA Building Circle, similar to other entities housed in WAPDA House.
The spokesperson was responding to a news story published on some websites, titled “Defaulter NTDC Kicked out of WAPDA House,” which NTDC termed as a “gross misstatement.” The company has already explained its position on this matter in a letter addressed to WAPDA authorities.
NTDC emphasized that it has always fulfilled its financial obligations and will continue to do so. The company urged the media to verify facts before publishing reports to avoid spreading misinformation.”
