Kashmiris won’t rest until accomplish unfinished agenda of partition, Mishal Mulllick

Mushaal urges world to shun double standard, take practical steps to settle Kashmir dispute

Warns war-frenzy Netanyahu, bloodthirsty Modi constant threat to world peace

ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to Prime Minister for Human Rights and Women Empowerment Mushaal Hussein Mullick called upon the global community to give up its criminal silence on Indian state terrorism and brutalities unleashed on people of the war-battered and besieged Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) and take practical steps to ensure resolution of the lingering Kashmir dispute as per the UNSC resolutions.

Addressing a press conference along with All Parties Hurriyat Conference Leadership Safi Sahab, Rehmani Sahab, APHC Covenor Sagar Sahab and Mateen Sahab in connection with Kashmir Block Day, she said that Kashmiris on both sides of the Line of Control and across the world would mark October 27 as Black Day to convey a strong message to the world that Kashmiris rejected illegal occupation of their motherland by terrorist Indian state and would not rest till they achieved their cherished goal of freedom from it.

Mushaal recalled that on October 27, 1947, Indian troops had invaded Jammu and Kashmir and occupied it in total violation of the Partition Plan of the subcontinent and against the Kashmiris’ aspirations. Since then, she added that Indian brutal forces had been engaged in the genocide and massacre of the Kashmiri people.

However, the SAPM on Human Rights and Women Empowerment made it clear that Kashmiris would fight their just battle till the completion of the unfinished agenda of the Partition of subcontinent, under which Jammu and Kashmir was to be part of Pakistan.

She contended that the evil designs of the Hindu ruler of Kashmir and the leaders of Indian National Congress and Britain led to the creation of the Kashmir dispute, which continued to haunt the peace and stability of the entire South Asia even after the passage of over seven decades.
Mushaal reminded that the UNSC passed successive resolutions regarding settlement of Kashmir dispute, which was accepted by both India and Pakistan; however, ironically the world body miserably failed to implement its own passed resolutions.

Mushaal lamented that the world body’s inability to implement its own resolutions further emboldened the rogue Indian state, which was evident from Narendra Modi-led communal government that moved a step further and illegally merged the territory into Indian union through the August 05 move.
SAPM on Human Rights and Women Empowerment made it clear that despite world powers and UN bodies’ duplicity and inaction coupled with New Delhi’s use of all coercive and brutal measures during the past seven decades to intimidate the people of occupied Kashmir into submission, Kashmiris stood firm and resolute to break the shackles of Indian slavery.

However, Mushaal called upon the world that like Israeli war-frenzy PM Benjamin Netanyahu, the bloodthirsty Modi was a constant threat for regional as well as world peace.
Therefore, she suggested that the world powers and UN bodies should take a firm stand against the Modi state terrorism in IIOJK wherein he gave a license to mercilessly kill the innocent people of Kashmir.
Mushaal warned that the Kashmir dispute and India’s unabated coercive steps could lead a nuclear war if the world did not work for the settlement of the lingering dispute instantly.

The SAPM urged the international community to fulfill its fundamental responsibilities and play its due role to end the illegal occupation of India and resolve the decades-old Kashmir dispute as per the aspirations of the people of the occupied valley.
