Israeli Defense Forces Helicopter Crashes During Rescue Mission
Crash Occurs Near Ground During Evacuation of Wounded Soldier; No Enemy Forces Involved

An Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) helicopter crashed overnight during a rescue operation, resulting in the deaths of two soldiers, including the lead pilot, and injuring seven others on board. The incident occurred shortly after midnight while the helicopter was attempting to evacuate a wounded soldier with Unit 669 forces.
The IDF reports that four of the injured soldiers sustained serious injuries, while three others were moderately hurt. All the injured were transported to Soroka Medical Center by 2:00 a.m. The crash, which happened near the ground, reportedly involved no enemy forces.
Helicopter Crash Near Kedarnath: No Injuries Reported
The accident comes amid ongoing conflict, with the Israeli Army being accused of violating international laws and committing widespread violence against Palestinians. Rival Hamas has accused Israel of genocide, and the International Court of Justice has issued an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu. The Prime Minister is reportedly fighting to extend the conflict to maintain his political position, according to both Israeli and international media.
The IDF has stated that they have successfully carried out hundreds of rescue missions in Gaza, saving over 1,700 soldiers without incident until this tragic event. An investigation is currently underway to determine the cause of the crash.
