FIA Arrests Accused of Creating, Sharing Child Sexual Abuse Content

Abbottabad-Islamabad: The Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) Cybercrime Circle in Abbottabad has arrested an accused involved in creating and sharing obscene videos of young children. The operation was carried out on the instructions of Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Raza Naqvi as part of a crackdown against cybercrime elements.

The accused, identified as Muhammad Maskeen, was found to be involved in the sexual exploitation of minor children. He used to give religious education to children and exploited them sexually, making pictures and videos of the abuse. The accused also shared indecent videos online.

The action was taken based on a report from an international organization. During the raid, four mobile phones, a laptop, CPU, and internet device were recovered from the accused. Among the seized electronic devices, 497 images and videos of child sexual abuse were found.

The accused has been arrested, and an investigation has been initiated. The FIA spokesperson confirmed the arrest and the ongoing investigation
