Father and Three Children Found Dead in Umar Kot District
Bodies discovered hanging from tree; police investigate suspected murder-suicide
In a tragic incident in the Umar Kot district of Sindh, the bodies of a father and his three young children were found hanging from a tree near Poly Mor Stop.
The police identified the deceased as Chaman Kolhi and his children, aged between 4 and 8 years.
The bodies have been transported to a local hospital for further investigation and autopsy.
According to initial reports, neighbors had noticed tensions between Kolhi and his wife over a family dispute. In what appears to be a devastating act of desperation, Kolhi is believed to have taken his children’s lives before ending his own.
Authorities are currently investigating the case from multiple perspectives, including the possibility of it being a murder-suicide.
