CDA organized an E-Katchari on Friday

Islamabad: On the special instructions of the Prime Minister of Pakistan, the administration of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) is conducting step wise E-Katchari’s. In this regard, the estate wing of CDA organized an E-Katchari on Friday in view of the citizens’ facilities. In which the online complaints of the citizens were received while considering the problems related to the estate wing in the sectoral and non-sectoral areas.

The concerned officers of estate department of Capital Development Authority (CDA), answered the citizens’ questions online in E-Katchari. Online complaints were also received from all sectors and areas of Islamabad on this occasion. It has also been assured by the management of Capital Development Development Authority (CDA) that the complaints received will be redressed on priority basis.

It should be noted that on the special instructions of the Prime Minister of Pakistan, the series of E-Katchari of various departments is continuing to provide high quality facilities to the citizens of Islamabad so that the problems of the citizens can be solved at their doorstep.

Capital Development Authority  is a public benefit corporation responsible for providing municipal services in Islamabad Capital Territory. The CDA was established on 14 June 1960 by executive order entitled Pakistan Capital Regulation. As of 2016, most of CDA’s municipal services and departments have been transferred to the newly created Islamabad Metropolitan Corporation, although CDA is still in charge of estate management, project execution and sector developments.
