Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s Leadership Lauded by Chief Minister Bugti”
Quetta(Special Correspondent)_Today, on the International Day of Peace, Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti emphasized the crucial role of peace in humanity’s survival and societal development. He acknowledged that achieving peace remains a significant global challenge, particularly for Pakistan, which faces international conspiracies that necessitate addressing internal issues.
“Pakistan is caught in international conspiracies, which necessitate the need to address internal issues,” Bugti stated. He highlighted the negative impact of social media on peace, noting that it has become a tool for spreading hatred and misinformation. “Social media has become a platform for spreading negativity and fueling conflicts,” he added.
Bugti also acknowledged the role of external forces in creating instability in Balochistan. “External forces cannot be overlooked in creating instability in our province,” he said. He noted that handlers operating from abroad are sowing seeds of hatred and division among the youth, undermining national unity. “These elements are distancing our youth from the state, fostering division between them and the government,” he explained.
The Chief Minister urged the need to recognize the gravity of the situation, stating that while efforts are being made to send young people for education and development opportunities globally, peace-threatening elements are pushing them into despair. “We are trying to provide opportunities for our youth, but some elements are pushing them towards darkness,” he said.
Bugti reiterated that establishing peace and ensuring citizen safety is the state’s responsibility. “It is our duty to provide a secure environment for our citizens,” he emphasized. He assured that all necessary measures are being taken for sustainable peace. “We are working tirelessly to ensure peace in Balochistan and will not tolerate any attempts to disrupt it,” he added.
On the occasion of Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s 36th birthday, celebrated at the Balochistan House in Islamabad, Chief Minister Bugti expressed his admiration for Bilawal, calling him a bright political future for Pakistan. “Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is a capable leader who has the potential to take Pakistan forward,” he said.
Bugti commended the fortunate presence of capable young politicians like Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, who is recognized as a popular national leader at a young age. “We are proud to have leaders like Bilawal who are committed to the welfare of the people,” he added.
The Chief Minister expressed pride in the leadership of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari within the Pakistan People’s Party. “Under Bilawal’s guidance, the Balochistan government is striving for the welfare of the people, focusing on education, health, and the provision of basic necessities,” he said.
The International Day of Peace, established by the United Nations General Assembly in 1981, aims to strengthen ideals of peace, promote non-violence, and encourage dialogue and cooperation. This year’s theme, “Cultivating a Culture of Peace,” resonates deeply in Pakistan, where efforts are being made to promote peace and stability.
