Anti-Terrorism Court Grants Bail to Shoaib Shaheen in Changi Vandalism Case

The Anti-Terrorism Court in Islamabad has granted bail to Shoaib Shaheen in connection with the 26 Changi vandalism case. Special Court Judge Abul Hasanat Zulqarnain delivered the ruling.

Although Shaheen has been granted bail, his release is delayed because he is still under physical remand in a separate case registered at the Sangjani police station.

The initial charges against Shaheen were filed at the Noon police station related to the Changi vandalism, but his continued detention is due to ongoing investigations into the Sangjani case.
