Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz has announced free electricity for domestic users of 100 units and free solar panels to deserving people in Punjab.
CM Hamza announced the stated relief package for poor in a press conference held here in Lahore on Monday.
Hamza Shehbaz said they will succeed to control giant inflation in the country by giving financial relief to masses in upcoming days.
He said his government has already given subsidies on flour (Aata) and medicines.
Hamza said his government will bear all utility expenses of consumers who will use up to 100 units of electricity.
He further stated that for this purpose, his govt has also set aside Rs100 billion and this electricity relief package will give benefit thousands of households.
He said today is not the time to save politics but to save the state. Hamza said he will never claim to do everything in 90 days like former premier Imran Khan Niazi.
