Two CTD Officers Martyred in Firing Incident on Tanda Dam Road, Kohat

The bodies of the martyred officers have been shifted to DHQ Hospital in Kohat for further procedures.

KOHAT — Two intelligence officers from the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) were martyred in a targeted firing incident on Tanda Dam Road, Kohat. The officers, identified as Mustafa and Zahid, were traveling on a motorcycle to Kohat city for their duty when armed terrorists ambushed them and opened indiscriminate fire.

The officers, both of whom were killed on the spot, were caught in the gunfire while on their way to fulfill their responsibilities. The attackers managed to flee the scene, and a heavy police contingent quickly cordoned off the area to initiate a search operation.

The bodies of the martyred officers have been shifted to DHQ Hospital in Kohat for further procedures. Authorities have launched an investigation to identify and apprehend the attackers responsible for this tragic assault.
