Former PPP MNA Makhdoom Syed Ali Hassan Gilani Dies in Tragic Road Accident

The victims of the crash have been identified as 52-year-old Gilani and 57-year-old Muhammad Akbar, who both lost their lives in the impact.

ISLAMABAD: A tragic road accident in Liaquatpur, Punjab, has claimed the lives of two individuals, including former Member of the National Assembly (MNA) Makhdoom Syed Ali Hassan Gilani, a prominent member of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP). The incident occurred near Nabipur, where a speeding car collided with a stationary truck carrying livestock.

The victims of the crash have been identified as 52-year-old Gilani and 57-year-old Muhammad Akbar, who both lost their lives in the impact. Three others—Sultan (30), Hanif (45), and Jand Wada (55)—sustained injuries and were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
