Plandri-(Special Correspondent)_Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir, Chaudhry Anwar ul Haq, addressed a meeting organized by Government Minister Sardar Muhammad Hussain in Palindri, emphasizing the significance of a strong and prosperous Pakistan in guaranteeing the completion of Kashmir’s freedom movement.
“The brave officers and men of the Pakistan Army are sacrificing themselves today for our tomorrow,” Haq said, highlighting the importance of a robust military. He added that economically stable countries also become weak if their armies are weakened.
Haq asserted that no one can discuss partitioning Kashmir in their presence, reaffirming Pakistan’s commitment to the region. He also pointed out that people living in Pakistan often have fewer facilities than those in Azad Kashmir.
“Listen to those comparing occupied Kashmir; there is no freedom to pray there,” Haq said, contrasting the situation in Azad Kashmir with that in Indian-occupied Kashmir.
The Prime Minister emphasized the unbreakable bond between the State of Pakistan, the people of Pakistan, and the Pakistan Army with the Kashmiris. He expressed his administration’s efforts to improve the system.
Haq referred to Sidhnuti as the “land of Martyrs and Ghazis” and announced plans to develop its road infrastructure, making it a center of tourism. He confirmed that work on the Palindri Tarrakhal Road, Palindri Dina Pothi Mir Khan, and Tingi Gullah Road would commence in the current financial year.
Additionally, Haq announced several development projects for Palindri, including a rescue center at Azad Patan, up-gradation of the Basic Health Unit (BHU), establishment of a municipal corporation, and a permanent flour depot at Bandi Gorah. He also promised immediate water supply to the district hospital.
Haq explained that funds are being allocated across the state to provide equal footing and preferential treatment to disadvantaged areas. He highlighted his government’s commitment to transparency and responsible spending of tax money.
“We have reduced the expenses of the Prime Minister’s office and used it for the welfare of the people,” Haq said, exemplifying his administration’s dedication to promoting transparency and accountability.
The Prime Minister’s announcements and commitments aimed to reassure the people of Azad Kashmir of his government’s resolve to improve their lives and advance the region’s development.
With these initiatives, Haq’s administration seeks to address the region’s infrastructure, healthcare, and economic needs, bolstering the bond between Azad Kashmir and Pakistan.
